Spotted this masked man sitting in the backrow of the seats set up for spectators at Philadelphia City Council on Thursday morning. I think his G is for garbageman but I am not sure. There was a large group of city workers gathered to protest today. Either way I enjoyed finding him there. Alejandro A.
