Anthony Osbourne and Theresa Desir residents of 600 block of Van Kirk point to acid damage to their cars. Cars along the 600 block of Van Kirk St in northeast Philadelphia were vandalized early Wednesday morning March 28, 2012. Residents were out early to survey the scene of over a dozen cars with paint damage after someone sprayed acid on them. Philadelphia police were on the scene making out reports. Alejandro A.
