Evacuee is removed from apartment complex across from Rittenhouse Square. Philadelphia fire department and Haz_Mat Unit were called to the Rittenhouse Claridge on 18th at Walnut St. in center city on Friday morning March 23, 2012 for a possible hazardous materials incident.
