Police involved accident at Cheltenham and Harbison in Philadelphia on Tuesday, March 20, 2012. The police wagon involved in an accident with a civil vehicle that sent up over onto its roof. The officers were transported to local hospital. Before the scene is cleared a police officer takes all the necessary photographs to document the accident scene. Alejandro A.
