Talk about having your hands full. This woman was spotted crossing Logan Circle in center city Philadelphia on Thursday morning March 29, 2012. She was pushing a kid on a toy and dragging the other along by hand while using a device to keep her leg immobilized. Alejandro A. Note: Shot from window as I was driving to an assignment. My first attempt did not work. Took the batteries out of camera to charge and I drove. So its a bit of a crop since I grab the shot at the next stop light.
