A group of nearly 100 motorcyclists left the Philadelphia Police Administration building at 7th and Race St. for a ride to Washington D.C where they will pick up artifacts from the Pentagon attack and other 9/11 sites for for use in fabricating the Philadelphia 9/11 Memorial.
