Philadelphia police investigate an accident involving a taxi driver at 16th and JFK in center city Philadelphia on Tuesday morning February 21, 2012. It is possible according to reports on police scanner that driver was diabetic and that police witnessed him having a seizure according to radio reports. Police were told the operator of this cab had struck several vehicles until being stopped at JFK just east of 16th St. Alejandro A.
