I spotted this guy in SUV yelling at a cabbie because the cabbie probably cut him off so he could make the turn onto Filbert St near the CJC. Eventually the cabbie tired to separate himself as police yelled at him to stay still and he ripped the bumper off the guys SUV. Lets just say he was not happy.
