Philadelphia police and fire were called at a serious accident along Ridge Ave at 15th St. in Philadelphia on Monday, February 6, 2012. Allegedly one of the occupants needed to be cut out of the smaller of the two cars involved. When I first arrived on the scene I saw the cars involved through the fence and the smaller of the two looked like half the width of its original size.
