Pictured is a distraught Jovetta Streets the downstairs neighbor of 27-year-old Tyrirk Harris the alleged shooter of Franklin Manuel Santana, 47, of the Tacony section of Philadelphia. Mr. Santana was shot and killed after confronting a neighbor about leaving their dogs waste on his grass. The shooting took place on Tuesday, February 14, 2012 but these photographs were made on Wednesday, February 15, 2012. Alejandro A.
