As I was driving north of Broad at near Walnut I noticed this dog running loose so I hooked a U and went back to look. Turns out I have a soft spot for dogs and the last thing I wanted was to see the old boy get hit by a car. Then I noticed this guy with a pug and leash with no dog. Only thing is the dog had a taste of freedom. Luckily it did not run out into traffic. I tried to make a shot from the car while in traffic.
