Philadelphia Fire Department responded to a 2 alarm fire at the Atrium Apartments at 2555 Welsh Road in northeast Philadelphia on Wednesday morning May 16, 2012. PIctured in foreground is Charles Goodwin and son Jacob, 4 months old. They had to evacuate their 4th floor apartment which is located near the top of the ladder truck ladder in this picture.
