When I first moved here to Philadelphia Mayor Ed Rendall was still in office. And everytime he was in a parade I used to see him holding this young kids hand. Now Hakim Lane is 38 years old. I spotted him this morning Monday, May 14, 2012 near the Philadelphia Museum of Art. I have always wondered what the connection was between the two.
