Photographed Larry Shubert, real estate tax assessor for the city of Philadelphia. Talking with him you would not guess he had one of those jobs people around the city do not appreciate and often times tell him directly. Fortunately for Larry he has taken it to heart and made himself bitter towards residents of this city.
