Members of the Bicycle Coalition of Greater Philadelphia rode their bicycles across the Ben Franklin Bridge on Wednesday morning. The BCGP would like to see the Delaware Rvier Port Authority build a ramp on the Camden, NJ side of the bridge so commuters can roll down rather then have to dismount and carry their bikes.
