Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter hosted the Top of the Class graduation ceremony in the city on Friday, June 1, 2012. Student participants from area high schools both public, private and charter that had a B+ average or better marched up Broad St. from Pine with the mayor for a ceremony at City Hall.
