Phildelphia Fire Commissioner Lloyd Ayers makes a statement regarding the Tuesday morning fire. The fatal fire took place on the 6800 block of Torresdale Ave in the Tacony section of Philadelphia on Tuesday morning January 10, 2011. Fire department rescued several people but two died.
