Parents hoping to enroll their kindergarden age child at the Penn Alexander School at 42nd and Spruce in University City, Philadelphia started to line up Sunday, January 22, 2012. At around 6:30 the school was opened for parents to get warm on Monday morning. With the school enrolling few new students parents had to take matters into their own hands.
