I am parked in my car along American St in Phila sending pictures back to the paper from an earlier event when the paleta (popsicle) guy rolls by. To save my life I cannot remember his name but don't be afraid to just yell "paleta". With his traditional push cart he will come to you. Try the mango or strawberry milk based popsicles, they are my favorite. Seeing these guys reminds me of my childhood in Mexico during family vacations. Alejandro A. Alvarez / Philadelphia Daily News
