Do not ask my why this group of people were walking around the city blindfolded on Wednesday morning. I spotted them as I was rounding city hall so I have not clue. But a bit of investigation gives me a hint as to why this is taking place. Something to do with making the city safer for blind people. Possibly increasing the sound of crossing signs.
